Getting started and opening an account
1.1 What do I need to play at PartyCasino.com?
All you need is a PartyAccount and a computer with Internet access and a web browser (if you are seeing this page, then you have all that!)
1.2 How do I register and open an account?
Go to http://www.partyaccount.com, download our software and follow the instructions.
You will need the following information to open a PartyAccount:
- An account name and password (you decide)
- A valid email address
- A sign-up bonus code (if you have one)
Remember, you must be at least 18 years old to be able to open a real money account.
Also, be sure to keep your PartyAccount name and password safe and secret. Do not share your account information with anyone and never let anyone else play through your account.

1.3 Is it free to open and maintain a PartyAccount?
Yes, it is free to open and maintain a PartyAccount at PartyCasino.com. There are no set up costs or monthly charges, and you may play the Play For Free games as long as you want.
If and when you want to Play For Real (playing with and winning real money), then you will need to add real (bona fide) money to your account through the Cashier. 1.4 Can I use the same PartyAccount to Play For Free and Play For Real?
Yes. Once you set up your PartyAccount, you will be able to access both the Play For Free and Play For Real games on PartyCasino.com. For more information on Play For Free versus Play For Real, click here.
1.5 What do I do if I forget my PartyAccount name and/or password?
If you have forgotten or misplaced your PartyAccount information, simply contact our Customer Care team or follow the instruction on www.partyaccount.com.
1.6 How do I report my PartyAccount lost or stolen?
If your PartyAccount name or password is lost or stolen, it is very important that you contact our Customer Care team immediately to change your password. You are responsible for all activity in your PartyAccount, so if you think that your account is being misused, be sure to contact us immediately.
1.7 How do I change my PartyAccount name or password?
If you want to change your PartyAccount information, simply contact our Customer Care team or follow the instructions on www.partyaccount.com.
1.8 How do I update my personal information?
If you want to update your PartyAccount personal information, simply contact our Customer Care team or follow the instructions on www.partyaccount.com.
1.9 Can I have more than one PartyAccount?
No. For security reasons you are only permitted to have one (1) PartyAccount at PartyCasino.com. If you have more than one PartyAccount, please Contact Us immediately to have the accounts merged. Failure to do so may result in PartyAccount closure and forfeiture of your account balances.
1.10 How do I close my PartyAccount?
You may close your account at any time by simply contacting our Customer Care team and requesting closure. Please be sure to withdraw any remaining funds from your PartyAccount before requesting closure, otherwise amounts left in your PartyAccount will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
1.11 How often must I log in to keep my PartyAccount open?
There is no requirement for you to play or to add funds to keep your account open. However, you must log in at least once every 180 days, otherwise your PartyAcccount will be deemed abandoned and closed and any account balance remaining will be forfeited.
1.12 Why am I unable to close my PartyAccount?
Please ensure the following before you submit the request to close your PartyAccount.
- Please cash out any amount greater than $1 from your PartyAccount.
- Complete any unfinished game/ tournament before closing your PartyAccount and unregister from any pending tournaments that you had signed up for.
- Ensure that no transactions with PartyCasino.com have been returned by your financial intermediary.
